The front-end solutions will be managed by Airtel Payments Bank and the back-end connectivity will be managed by Airtel IQ, the world’s first network-integrated Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) ecosystem that allows enterprises to embed voice, and messaging on Text and WhatsApp, and video in their mobile or web application.

The company has also been making it easier for its consumers to file a complaint about a power issue. For example, they have launched a toll-free call center number that allows users to speak with a customer care executive to resolve their problems quickly. Customers can also check their TPNODL balance and make a TPNODL payment online to avoid paying late fees.

Apply for a TPNODL electricity connection

To get a new electricity connection, visit the official website of TPNODL and click on ‘Apply for New Connection’. Then, fill in the necessary information and submit it along with the required documents. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number after you have successfully submitted the application.
